Our Vocational School's Department of Electronics and Automation has successfully completed the accreditation process for its ‘Electronics Technology Programme’.
Our programme, which applied to the Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association (MEDEK) at the beginning of 2024, has passed the preliminary application and self-assessment stages and has now reached the field assessment stage.
On 09.11.2024, MEDEK Field Evaluators, Team Leader Assoc. Prof. Dr. Almet Gürkan YÜKSEK, Programme Evaluators Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kenan GENÇOL, Lecturer Dr. Serkan DİŞLİ, and Student Evaluator Research Assistant Emre Barış İLİŞ, initiated the Field Evaluation, and the accreditation process was completed on 11 December 2024.
During the accreditation process, we would like to express our gratitude to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Fatih YILMAZ, who provided all the resources of our University, our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Rasim KOÇYİĞİT, our Vocational School Director, Prof. Dr. Resul GERÇEKCİOĞLU, our Department Heads who contributed to the process, the MEDEK Evaluators who worked diligently and with great dedication throughout the process, our external stakeholders, the President of the Tokat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Fatih GÖKDERE, the Tokat Provincial Director of National Education, Vahap GÜL, the İŞKUR Career Advisor, Mustafa EKİCİ, the ÇEDAŞ Operations Manager, Muhammet ŞIK, the HİPAR A.Ş. Engineer Abdurhaman KAYA, our Assistant Director Lecturer Kemal ERGÜN, and our programme lecturers Assistant Director Lecturer Bilal Okan İÇMEZ, Lecturer Dr Ömer ÖNAL, and Lecturer Yasin Cem DUYMUŞ, along with the entire Vocational School.
